Prof Selby Ripinga
Prof Simeon Selby Ripinga is a seasoned educationist, leader, manager and certified executive and career coach. He has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and management of organisations, policy making and legislation, teaching, coaching and mentoring of young people. He has the following qualifications: Doctor of Education, University Education Diploma, Certificate in Coaching Skills, Executive Coach Training Programme.
His areas of expertise are: Leadership and Management Development, Governance, Higher Education, Teacher Education, Policy-making and Legislation. He is a member of the following Professional and Governance organisations: Coaches and Mentors of South Africa (COMENSA); South African Board of Personnel Practice (SABPP); South African Education Research Association (SAERA); Council on Higher Education (CHE).
