• 31 August 2025: Feedback or notification of acceptance of abstracts;
• 15 Sept 2025: Feedback on EoI’s (side events and exhibitions);
• 31 Sept 2025: Submission of final abstracts (< 3 A4 pages); and
• 31 Oct 20205: Conference registration closing date
