Tea is among the most widely consumed beverages in the world, making it an ideal subject for investigating how agricultural practices can contribute to public health. At the forefront of this research is Professor Funso Raphael Kutu, Head of the School of Agricultural Sciences at the University of Mpumalanga (UMP), whose work on the micronutrient content of tea has received international recognition.
