Dr Lindiwe Ncube

Dr Ncube is a Senior Lecturer in the School of Hospitality and Tourism. Her research is characterised by an applied, multidisciplinary approach aimed at generating evidence to inform policy, professional practice, and interventions to improve food and nutrition security and nutritional wellbeing.
Her scholarship contributes to strengthening the quality, safety, and nutritional value of food provision in institutional and community settings, with relevance to the South African context. Through continued research, collaboration, postgraduate supervision, and knowledge exchange, she seeks to advance evidence-based solutions to food and nutrition security challenges. Her research contributes to healthier, more resilient communities and food systems in South Africa and beyond.
Dr Ncube is a C3 rated Researcher by the National Research Foundation.
