Prof Obiro Wokadala

Dr Obiro Wokadala is a Senior Lecturer (Postharvest Technology) in the School of Agricultural Sciences, within the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Sciences at the University of Mpumalanga (UMP). Dr Wokadala’s research focuses on food science with specialisation in food chemistry and analysis. He is the programme leader for the Advanced Diploma in Postharvest Technology (ADPPHT), and the Advanced Diploma in Agricultural Production Management (ADPAPM). He was previously attached to the CSIR National Center for Nanostructured Materials and the Agricultural Research Council (ARC). Presently, Dr Wokadala is an associate editor of the Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization (Springer-Nature).
