UMP AND MPUMALANGA PROVINCIAL GOVERNMENT STRENGTHEN RELATIONS

The visit is part of an ongoing engagement between UMP and government given the important role the university plays as a strategic institution to train and develop graduates for the labour market, and ultimately contribute to the socio-economic development of the province and the country.

According to Vice-Chancellor of the University of Mpumalanga, Professor Thoko Mayekiso, the continuous engagement with government is of critical importance because it resonates with the values of UMP to collaborate and strengthen positive relations with stakeholders.
